NBPA elects Michele Roberts as Executive Director

After 18 months, the National Basketball Players Association have officially replaced former union head Billy Hunter. Late last evening D.C. Attorney Michele Roberts was elected as the first woman to lead a major sports union. According to reports, Clippers All-Star point guard Chris Paul, who has led the NBAPA's executive committee since August, 2013, was among those responsible for recommending Roberts.
