Pacers to make $16 million investment in arena

The Indiana Pacers will spend $16 Million dollars to purchase a new scoreboard and enhance the sound system in their 13 year old arena.  The Pacers would like to continue a $10 million a year subsidy with the city to help with the operating costs of the building and will begin negotiations soon.
