Secret meeting in Virginia Beach?

Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms confirmed to the media today that he recently met with representatives of an NBA franchise about moving that team to his city.  Despite the fact that Sessoms did not confirm which team he spoke to, sources indicate that the team was the Sacramento Kings.
